Export Conditions

The Conditions functionality allows you to filter the data that is being exported. For example, you may want to export only the survey data for male respondents in a certain age range. The filter uses the condition builder functionality (go to Building a Condition for more information).

1. Generally, click Add condition to open the condition builder; a list of the questions you can use in the condition is presented.

2. Select the question you wish to base the condition on, select the type of match you want to use, then select the answers you wish to filter for.

3. On completion, click Done.

You can add as many conditions as required to achieve the desired filter.

Note that when filtering the following limitations currently apply:

• Conditions cannot be based on quotas.
• The count function on multi’s is not available.
• The following question types are not supported:
• Date
• Table/Hierarchy lookup
• Ranking
• Multi-choice grid
• 3D Grid
