The question will result in an open text question with whatever the code is; a URL, a string or a series of digits, presented as the answer.
To use the question:
- The respondent or user opens the question and taps the icon.
- The user moves the camera over the QR code or barcode, and when the camera recognizes the code it takes a snap.
- The code is interpreted and the content, in this example a URL, is added and stored as the answer to the question.
