Uploading Respondents Overview

For targeted, non-public surveys you must prepare and upload a list of the respondents to whom you wish to send the survey. If you have licensed the FTP add-on, then the option of uploading from FTP will be available to you.

To upload a respondent list:

1. In the Deployment Page, click the Respondent Upload icon .
2. Choose whether you wish to upload a local file, upload from FTP or Copy and Paste.
